EZcomply update history

Only updates/changes since 2020 that are deemed to be of interest to clients are listed below.

11/12/20 1651419: Auto log out time increased from 20 minutes to 1 hour.

28/4/21 1813729: Adding a planned task schedule now runs in the background and you get a message whilst this is in progress.

31/8/21 3169938: Forgotten Password: you can now request a password reset using your email address, and neither the email address or username are case sensitive any more.

Jan 2022 5786960: Planned tasks – Earliest Start and Fail Date columns added to list view.

March 2022 5786960: Editing of Service Items and Service Groups opened up to restricted individuals.  Access rights are switchable via complyNC helpdesk in the web access rights page.

Aug 2022 8670796: MAJOR CHANGE – Planned task calendar view incorporating scan issue visual markers.  Time actually spent now in different shade.

Aug 2022 8670796: Planned task mouse hover pop up shows more detail about scan issue (item description, timestamp and error code) without having to click into Expanded Detail.

Aug 2022 8670796: Entities – Scan Statistics – Individuals tab added.

March 2023: 4191246 Scheduler improvements and bug fix.

– Counting of months rectified.

– Defaults to exact time the tab is clicked.

– Help text added:  “Note: If you are adding a planned task for today, and you want it conducted via the mobile app today, you may wish to ask the operative to fully synchronise their device so the task is added. Otherwise to correct a failed task will require the Journal to be updated – go to the Planned Task, open the Detail or Expanded Detail view, click the cog on each Component Task and Add to Journal This must be done for each component task –  purposely, there is no bulk way of filling in the detail for all component tasks at the same time.  Copy and paste this text into a note/document for future reference.”
